What we collect
- Your name, age or date of birth, gender, phone number, email and address.
- Health and lifestyle details you give us, such as forms, questionnaires and past reports.
- Your blood test results, which come to us from the laboratory after you book a test.
- Booking, payment and support records. We do not store your card or UPI details. Our payment partner handles them.
- Basic website and device information, such as IP address and browser, through cookies.
Why we use it
- To book your test and deliver your service.
- To make your wellness report, scores and guidance. We may use software and AI to help analyse your results. These are for wellness information only. They are not a medical diagnosis.
- To take payments, give refunds and support you.
- To send you service messages. We send offers only if you agree.
- To follow the law, keep accounts, and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to give you the service: the partner laboratory and sample-collection team, our payment provider, technology and communication providers, and our professional advisers. We do not sell your data. We share it with authorities only when the law requires.
Your consent
We ask for your clear consent before we collect or use your health data. You can withdraw consent any time by writing to us. Some services will then stop, because they need your data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to give you the service, settle disputes and meet legal and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your data. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.
