What we do
The Younger Code Private Limited ("TYC", "we", "us") is a preventive wellness and longevity service. We help you book blood tests through independent partner laboratories, and we give you a wellness report, scores, guidance and programmes based on your results.
We are not a hospital or a lab
Sample collection and testing are done by independent diagnostic partners, who are responsible for them. Our reports, scores and biological-age estimates are for information and wellness only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please talk to a qualified doctor about any health concern, and do not delay care because of our report. In an emergency, call a doctor or emergency services.
No guarantees
Biological age and scores are estimates. They do not predict your lifespan or future disease. We do not promise any health result.
Who can use TYC
You must be 18 or older. Please give accurate information. Wrong information can make your report wrong.
Your consent for tests
When you book a test, you agree that the partner lab can collect your sample, and that the lab can share your results with us so we can make your report.
Prices and payment
The price shown when you buy is the price you pay, including any taxes shown. Payments go through our payment partner, such as Razorpay, and their terms also apply.
Refunds
Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy. In short: full refund if you cancel before your sample is collected, or if we cannot collect it. After collection, the Core Scan is not refundable, unless your sample cannot be used.
Our content
The website, reports, scores, methods and designs belong to The Younger Code. You can use your own report for yourself. Please do not copy, sell or reverse-engineer our content.
Using the website properly
Do not misuse the website, try to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend your access if you do.
Third parties
Labs, payment providers and others have their own terms. We cannot control what they do on their own.
Our responsibility
We try to give accurate, reliable service, but websites, labs and software can have delays and errors. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have prevented, or for what independent partners do. Our total responsibility for any one order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not take away any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Your privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version on the website applies.
Law and courts
Indian law applies. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat can hear disputes, subject to your rights under consumer law.
