Refund and Cancellation Policy

| Your sample has been collected | No refund. Your report and your nutritionist call are part of the Core Scan price |
Repair Loop programmes (3, 6 and 12 months)

Pause instead of a refund. After the first 7 days, you can pause your programme once, for up to 30 days on a 3- or 6-month plan, and up to 60 days on a 12-month plan. Your end date moves by the same number of days. Email us to ask.
If a service is faulty or not delivered, you are entitled to a repeat service, a replacement or a refund, as the law requires, whether the problem was caused by us or by one of our partners.

How long it takes
We reply within 3 to 4 business days. We start approved refunds within 7 business days, to the same payment method you used. Your bank, card network or UPI provider may then take 5 to 7 more business days to show it.
